Do you have a special occasion coming up? Lucky for you, renting our showroom collections can save you time, space and money. Creating, planning, and partying is our passion! The Signature Suite Showroom rentals are your answer! Our showroom is filled with an array of decor pieces, furniture, serving pieces and novelty items ready for your event. We LOVE to dress up a celebration, making it uniquely yours.
Our rentals can also rock an off-site event. That’s right, they get excited to be out on the town!

Lounges
From sofas, loveseats, and chairs to tables, rugs and accent pieces, lounges create a comfortable and cozy place for guests to gather!

Memorial/Tribute Area
Remember or honor those close to your heart in beautiful frames on specialty tables or shelves. Let the light shine with our candle holders flickering off mirrors that were designed for this special area!

Seating Chart
Help escort your guests to their tables by presenting their table seating on our mirrors, frames, shelving and easels.

Gift Area
Your gift table serves as a central point where guests can present their thoughtful tokens of love. A well decorated gift table can add to the overall aesthetic of your event. Creatively display your gifts using our tables, carts, chests, suitcases, card boxes, frames, easels & tablecloths.

Welcome/Entrance Areas
The first impression! Make it memorable with our beautiful mirrors, easels, specialty tables, baskets, urns, lanterns and so much more!

Sweetheart/Head Table
The Stars of the day can shine with our Grand Wood Table, specialty seating, and stand-out decor options!

Dessert Area
Sweeten your display of delectables on a beautiful buffet table with a variety of pedestal trays and tier trays! Add specialty carts or our tall round table to showcase your gorgeous wedding cake!

Guest Message Area
Whether you are having a guest book or a unique alternative, we have the pieces to help gather the “Well Wishes”. - Items like tables, carts, baskets, frames, along with novelty pieces like vintage suitcases, chests, and even a mailbox!
Our Inventory Collections
The Process
We are here to make the process fun and easy from start to finish. Here is a quick overview of how our rental process works.
*Start by checking out our inventory “Collections” to see all that we have to offer. If you don’t see something in our inventory, please don’t hesitate to reach out! You never know what we just collected, what we can find for you, or create together!
*If you have your theme/style details figured out and you are ready to choose what you would like to rent, that’s great!

Submit A Wish List:
Select the items you are interested in and add them to your WishList with desired quantities. When you are ready, hit “submit” to send us your WishList.

Receive A Proposal:
Our team will reach out via email to confirm availability and discuss other services you may want to add to your proposal, such as delivery and set-up.

Confirm Your Order:
When you are ready to confirm your order; sign your proposal, sign The Signature Suite Rental Agreement, and pay a 50% deposit. If you do not confirm your order within 7 days, your items will be released back into our inventory.
You are also welcome to visit us in person to walk through the process with a team member!
Design Consultation
Decor and Specialty items are one of the most important parts of a party! It sets the scene, creates the vibe, and enhances the hospitality. Deciding these elements to bring your vision to life can be overwhelming. That’s where we’d love to help! Other details to know...
Customer Pick Up/Return
If you are looking to rent a few pieces or small items for your event, our Customer Pick Up/Return Service is the perfect option. You get 72 hours with your rental that you can schedule during the rental process. Our times for Pick Up/Return are Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM and Saturday 9:00AM-12:00PM.
We will have everything prepped and packaged for your arrival. All transportation of our rentals must be in a covered vehicle and secured and protected with your own materials. (example: blankets, ratchet straps etc.) Items need to be packaged properly in their container (if applicable) when returned. We are happy to work with everyone’s plan and budget and only require a $25 minimum rental order.
Delivery & Set Up
If you want a stress-free and hassle-free experience for your special day/event, we have your back – literally!
We offer Delivery To and From as well as Set Up and Take Down of our rentals. If this is a service you are interested in, please let us know and we will send over the information.
