The Location
The Signature Suite is conveniently located off Highway 61 in the heart of charming Red Wing, Minnesota. Our sunlit, boutique venue is designed with upscale features and neutral tones so you may create your own unique event! The space can be arranged in a variety of configurations to accommodate many types of events, and you are allowed to bring in your own food and beverages or choose your favorite caterer!

- Six 60” round tables (that seat up to 8 chairs) or Six 30” high top tables or a combination of both
- 50 White Infinity Chiavari Chairs
- Our exclusive venue lounge set, which consists of a sofa, loveseat, 2-3
chairs, two side tables, and one sofa table - 75” flat screen rolling TV
- 1 sign easel
- Use of our prep kitchen, with the ability to bring in your own food and beverages of choice
- 1 hour complimentary (in-house) design consultation.

Pricing
Hourly Rates
Monday – Wednesday…..$75/hour (2 hour minimum)
Thursday…..$90/hour (3 hour minimum)
Friday – Sunday…..$125/hour (3 hour minimum)
Please Note: Include your setup and clean up time in your rental hours.
Hourly Discount: Any rental time beyond 4 hours at the regular rate will receive a 25% discount for each additional hour.
Full Day Rates
Monday – Wednesday…..$525
Thursday…..$630
Friday – Sunday…..$875
Please Note: To qualify, the venue must be rented for 8+ hours. Access to the venue is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM Sunday – Thursday, and from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Friday – Saturday.
Terms
- Full payment due at the time of booking
- 24-hour cancellation after booking
- After 24 hours, payment can be applied to another date, per the rental agreement
- No refunds unless your day and time get rebooked
